Puzzle Games to Challenge Mental Skills


New Puzzle games are a good way to keep the players challenged and stimulate to think and also keep them busy to think analytically and strategically to solve a puzzle. There are lots of puzzle games and one of them is Hangman which requires the player to guess a word and he gives a hint of few letters which belong to the word. There are limited numbers of chances to guess the correct answer. Players can play this game alone or with their friends.

Another puzzle game is Sudoku in which players have to solve a grid of 9*9 having numbers from one to nine and these numbers should not be repeated in a row or column. Sudoku has various levels ranging from easy to hard but children can start from the easy level which will be suitable for them.

Tangram is also an interesting puzzle in which players are given number of shapes and designs. Players have to create the design from the shapes that they have been given. Players who want to get right designs should have imagination and analytical thinking. Tower Hanoi is another game which keeps the players busy for hours. In this game players have to arrange rings from one rod to another using less number of moves in mind that a bigger ring should not rest on a smaller one only one ring can move at a time.

Reverse is also an exciting game which allows the player to place his piece on the board following that which computer will play its turn. When the next turn comes, player places a new piece on the board and the other pieces that fall between old and new piece belonging to the computer will become user’s pieces. Dora dress up games
